A series of studies illustrating strategies to best utilise a deep site with limited street frontage in central Ho Chi Minh City. Utilising the full depth of the site the main hotel/serviced apartment component was placed to the rear of the plot allowing unobstructed views over the neighboring French & US consulates. Linked by a shared drop off & lobby pavilion, the street front component is configured as a 4 storey F&B complex or as a 15 floor office tower.
