Ho Chi Minh City Administrative Centre

The existing city block, contains the iconic “Hotel De Ville” alongside another notable neoclassical building. The remaining accommodation is an accumulation of unremarkable & stylistically incoherent structures. The master-plan reconciles the new accommodation with the restoration of the retained buildings, by clearing the site of clutter & carefully locating the new architectural elements ,creating new vistas & landscaped spaces, forging a new civic hub for Ho Chi Minh City.
